Absolutely. We delight in hosting spa days, bridal parties, celebrations, and group retreats. Advance scheduling ensures the most seamless and luxurious experience. Please call for more details.
Yes. We provide lockers, plush robes, comfortable sandals, and access to shower facilities and spa amenities. Please note Spa33 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We will always strive to provide your full service; however, late arrivals may result in an abbreviated experience to avoid delaying the next guest.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days with a receipt. For hygiene and safety, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Yes. Our gift cards are available in any amount and may be used toward services or spa retail. Gift Cards are also available for online purchases.
Guests under 18 may require a parent or guardian present. Certain services may be restricted based on age for safety reasons.
To preserve a serene environment for all guests, we kindly ask that mobile devices be silenced and that calls be taken outside treatment areas.
Yes. We offer a selection of luxurious couples experiences. Due to high demand, advance reservations are strongly recommended.
Please fill out the online Guest Intake Form, emailed to you at the time of your reservation. Before your service, please review any medical considerations, recent surgeries, allergies, or pregnancy related needs so we may tailor your experience safely and appropriately.
Yes! We are pleased to accommodate therapist preferences whenever scheduling allows.
A 20% Service Charge will be automatically added to each service at checkout. Additional gratuities are at your discretion, based on satisfaction.
Your comfort is our priority. For body treatments and massage, you may undress to your comfort level; you will be draped professionally throughout your service.
As a courtesy to our therapists and other guests, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a fee.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to check in, change into robe & sandals and unwind.
To ensure the highest level of personalized care, we recommend reserving your appointment in advance. We welcome walk-ins when availability permits.
