From March 1 until the middle of November, you may cancel up to 72 hours before your scheduled check-in. Inside that time, you forfeit your deposit on the first night stay. December through the end of February, you may cancel up to 24 hours before your check-in.
Reservations may be cancelled on the Hilton Honors app, signing into hiltonhonors.com, through your confirmation email or by calling 800-876-0010.
A confirmation letter will be emailed to you to review. You can also review your reservation by downloading the Hilton Honors app or signing into your account through hiltonhonors.com.
