From grand buffets to intimate cocktail receptions, we’ll craft a menu to suit your appetite.

Wedding FAQs

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated event cost is required at the time of signing your contract. A payment schedule, including tax and service charges, will be provided by your catering manager. The full balance is due two weeks before the event.

A final guarantee of attendance is required by noon, four business days before the scheduled event. After this point, the guaranteed number of guests cannot be decreased.

No, pricing does not include current taxes and service charges. These are as follows:
• 8% taxes on any space rental
• 10.5%taxes on all food, beer, and wine
• 15.5% taxes on all liquors
• 23% service charge on all food and beverage

Banquet seating will consist of round tables and ten chairs. Alternative table setups can be considered and may be subject to additional charges.

Kingston Resorts offers self-parking at all properties. Discounted rates may be available through your catering manager for select evening events and are based upon availability, day of week and season. Special rates do not apply to overnight parking. Rates are subject to change.

Presentation and audiovisual equipment and services are available. Information may be obtained from your catering and event manager.

Services are provided by Encore through the hotel. Charges may be obtained from your catering and events manager.
