Yes, Kingston Resorts reserves the right to modify membership benefits, event scheduling, and fees at its discretion. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
Membership fees can be paid by check (made payable to Kingston Resorts) or via our secure online payment portal. Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon submission of your application.
Members can charge eligible resort services and purchases directly to their membership account. Charges are consolidated and invoiced at the end of each billing period. Misuse of this privilege may lead to suspension or termination of membership.
If a membership card is lost or damaged, please notify our membership services immediately. Replacement cards may be issued, but additional fees may apply as determined by Kingston Resorts.
No, all membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated, except as required by applicable law.
Complimentary membership cards are non-transferable and must be used by the individuals listed and whose picture is on the membership card and on the application form. They are intended solely for the designated members.
In addition to the primary membership, you may add up to two full additional members for an extra fee of $500 each. Please complete the additional member section on the application form with the required details.
The $3,000 annual fee covers the primary membership, which includes four membership cards (one for the primary applicant plus three complimentary cards), resort access, discounts on food, beverage, spa, and retail services, exclusive member events, fitness guest passes, and resort charging privileges. The Founders Club also includes two (2) complimentary Cabana rentals (valued at $800) and two (2) massage treatments (valued at $245)
Membership is open exclusively to homeowners in Kingston Resorts who are not part of any third-party rental pool. Applicants must provide accurate personal information during the application process.
