Black Drum

Enjoy live music all year round at Black Drum, Kingston Resorts’ hottest new restaurant. Throughout May, stop by on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to listen to local musicians while enjoying some tasty Carolina cuisine. From June to September, live music will be played on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Wet Whistle

At the peak of summer, Wet Whistle is the place to be for warm sunshine, cold drinks, and, of course, live music. Make a splash at Currents Seaside Entertainment and enjoy the full menu from Black Drum. With so many things to do, it’s no surprise that this is one of our favorite spots on the resort to catch some live tunes during the summer.

House of Blues

Let’s say you’re looking to expand your horizons past the resort. We have just the places for you, starting with House of Blues, located at Barefoot Landing.

This rock and blues-themed restaurant offers live music on their deck frequently throughout the summer, and boasts an award-winning Gospel Brunch. If you’d like to incorporate a bit more drama into your vacation, their Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre might just be for you.

Carolina Opry Theatre

Carolina Country Music Fest

Calling all country music lovers: the Carolina Country Music Festival will be taking place in June!

Since 2015, this country music festival has transformed Myrtle Beach into a four-day country music beach party each year in June. With major headliners such as Rascal Flatts, The Beach Boys, and Lainey Wilson, this music festival is a quintessential Myrtle Beach summer experience you can’t miss.

Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival

Say country music isn’t your jam—we get it. Thankfully, Myrtle Beach sees all kinds of music fests throughout the year, including the Myrtle Beach Jazz Festival.

This year, the free, three-day festival will take place from October 17 to 20. The weather may be cooling off at this point, but Carver Street will be heating up with some of the top names in the jazz genre.
