Group Classes

It’s easy to add wellness to your vacation at Kingston Resorts. Find classes that are both fun and challenging, with everything from boxing to restorative flow yoga. We have a rotating roster of classes available, so be sure to check out our class schedule to see what’s coming up and when. Here’s a sample of a few of our classes offered:

  • Step: work your way through easy-to-follow, repetitive combinations for all fitness levels. It’s sure to make you break a sweat!
  • Yin Yoga: this type of yoga penetrates deep into connective tissue, increasing flexibility, aiding in healing, increasing energy flow, and loosening energetic blockages.
  • Cardio Dance: a fun-for-all-ages class consisting of aerobic and dance moves, incorporating them into a high-energy dance routine, then cooling down with stretching exercises.

Never tried boxing before? Rusty on your downward dog? Our certified instructors also lead beginner classes, giving you an exciting opportunity to try something new while at Myrtle Beach.

Solo Fitness

Our exercise center has everything you need to keep your fitness routine going. There’s exercise equipment for cardio and strength training and a spacious indoor pool designed for swimming laps. Additionally, when there is no aerobic instructor teaching class, the studio is open for use. During this time, you may also try Fitness on Demand, a program that allows you to take an instructor-led class virtually.

Aqua Fitness

We get it; sometimes, when you’re on vacation, all you want to do is be in the water. Whether it’s the beach that’s just a few steps away, one of our eight pools, or our brand new Currents Seaside Entertainment, Kingston Resorts is all about relaxing and playing. With our aqua fitness classes, you get to hang out in the water and exercise at the same time. It’s a win-win scenario! Start your day with aquacise, Monday through Saturday, for an hour from 9AM-10AM at the indoor pool at 78Fitness. How you spend the rest of your day is up to you. Our suggestion: check out the two saunas and the heated whirlpool available within 78Fitness.

Friendly Competition

It may be easy to lose track of time when in vacation mode, but we know our most competitive guests will be keeping track of the score when it comes to outdoor sports and recreation. Everyone’s a winner with a little healthy competition between friends and family. Kingston Resorts has four tennis courts available for guests to use, including three clay courts and one hard court. We also host tennis clinics in the summer for those looking to level up their game.

We also have four pickleball courts dedicated to one of the fastest-growing sports in the country. Never played before? No worries! This sport is great for guests of all ages  — it’s one of the big reasons people can’t get enough pickleball! Kingston Resort guests receive one hour of complimentary court time.

If you have a larger group of friends or family at the resort, or maybe you’re here on a business trip, check out our two sand courts built for volleyball. It’s an excellent place for team building and dishing out bragging rights.

Plan a Golf Trip

Playing golf is certainly one of the most popular forms of wellness in Myrtle Beach, and with 80 golf courses near Kingston Resorts, you never have to go far to find a tee time. But, with so many choices, it can also be a little overwhelming. That’s where our golf concierge comes in. Talk to our golf experts and let us know your handicap, what you’re looking for in a course, and how many golfers are on your trip. Then, we’ll put together a package priced per golfer and includes everything you need: comfortable accommodations, time at our golf simulator, breakfast to fuel up before a round of golf, and the actual golf, all with no hidden fees.
