Wellness and self-care are an integral part of the Kingston Resorts experience. At Spa33, our premier resort spa, we offer a variety of spa treatments and salon services so you can relax while visiting our Myrtle Beach resort. It’s open to both our guests and outside visitors, so everyone can take a moment to pamper themselves. While every day can’t be a spa day, we asked our experienced spa staff for a simple way to unwind at home with this three-ingredient hand wrap.

Ingredients
½ Cup Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
½ Cup Sugar
¼ Cup Honey
Plastic Wrap

Directions

  • Mix half a cup of olive oil — or coconut oil if that’s what you’re using — with half a cup of sugar to form a paste
  • Take this paste and massage it over your hands to lightly exfoliate, then rinse with warm water
  • Take your quarter cup of honey and warm it in the microwave (be careful to not let it get too hot — we recommend heating it up in short time increments, so it’s the right temperature for touching your skin)
  • Apply the warm honey to your hands, wrap your hands with plastic, and relax for 30 minutes
  • After 30 minutes of watching your favorite show, listening to your latest podcast, or doing whatever you enjoy for self-care, remove the plastic wrap and rinse your hands with warm water
  • Pat dry with a towel
