What's Included?
The Spa33 Wellness Retreat includes an overnight stay at the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Resort, breakfast, two 30-minute spa treatments, lunch, prompted journaling and meditation time, yoga classes, a 90 minute sound bowl session, welcome gift, and a TangerClub Gold Membership!

90-Minute Sound Bath Session
Sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being. Sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. Come let healing processes be initiated by the unique tones of this sound bath, creating the perfect state for deep meditation, creative thinking and intuitive messages.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, and expect to relax using blankets and bolsters.
Austin Shook, based out of Charlotte, NC, has been traveling around the US over the last 8 years and has shared sound healing in roughly 41 states through more than 1,000 sound healings. Austin is also certified as a Reiki Master and utilizes high vibrational energy (love) to balance out the rest of the energetic centers in the body and to release blockages that keep us from recognizing and merging with our highest potential self.

Event FAQs
Of course! The more, the merrier. To participate in retreat events, each person in your party must purchase a ticket.
All retreat participants will receive a discount to use on a future Spa33 visit, but we will be unable to accommodate additional treatments on the day of the Wellness Retreat.
Those who stay at the hotel the night before will have complimentary breakfast at the Embassy Suites in the Vintage Twelve room adjacent to Coastal Grill & Bar.
Tea and water will be provided throughout the day, and lunch will be provided in the Anchorage room adjacent to the spa.
All participants must be 18+
Spa33 is within Kingston Resorts just steps away from the ocean. Go for a nature walk (sidewalks available throughout the resort) or enjoy the sound of the waves crashing on the ocean.
Looking for a way to stay more active? Join in on some of our 78Fitness group classes throughout the day. From Aqua class, to boxing or gentle yoga – there’s something for everyone.
You will also have full access to the relaxation room and sauna at Spa33, and can use them in between your treatments.
It’s included in the main ticket price, but we are offering a day retreat only option for $375.
